I do not think in any way that the problems are culturally Chinese--like I said above, I have the same issues with factories in Thailand and India and Vietnam too.  I have people that share the same expriences with me from SoAm too.  

But systemically, and the system we&#039;re talking about is the Chinese one, there are issues across industries and so one can easily (over)generalized to a large group, if not a culture.</description>

Two days ago, a buyer of wooden boxes told me this: he went to a factory to see his products, and he noticed the color was off. The factory said &quot;when we got the wood, it had a moisture problem, but we couldn&#039;t wait until it got dry because you didn&#039;t give enough time&quot;. THEY (or the sub-supplier they chose) were at fault, but they didn&#039;t tell the buyer and they said it was HIS fault...</description>
