The funny bit is that everybody seems to accept China&#039;s GDP statistics as gospel, even though these statistics claim that investments (in the real economy) have skyrocketed, and both government and private companies in just about every sector have invested like crazy in Q1. I&#039;ve tried to make sense of the numbers, but it seems impossible:
