The theory oftentimes contained in books (and since the advent of the new year I've been reading too many than I can count!) blinds those seeking greener pastures in the East into believing that an entire career can be constructed from the contents of a book's pages. Even with some of the great ones, this is the impression which is left. There were many great suggestions here and I'll be moving on to the second part of your post, in addition to subscribing to your feed.
