		<description>I think that in many markets in China right now, creativity is not rewarded.  Chinese people are smart, diligent, ingenious and are incredible adaptable in the face of massive change.  But they are not being rewarded or encouraged to be creative.  Quite the opposite.  One problem is fear of competition another is lack of protection of IP.  Until this changes there will continue to be only &quot;safe&quot; products entering the marketplace.</description>

		<description>Great post. I think pluralism is a strength. China has brilliant creativity but it seems when it comes to media content anything that is modern seems to need massive hands on management.

History I guess needs managing only once. The rest needs great leaps forward to keep on top of things.</description>
